Welcome to The Sipping Scroll! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our subscription boxes. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Subscriptions
We offer two types of products on our website:
Subscription Boxes
Our monthly book boxes include a curated title (in either YA Fantasy or Adult Fantasy) paired with a themed beverage of your choice: tea, coffee, or chocolate milk. Each box is hand-packed and features a unique combination of items inspired by the book’s world or vibe.
Types of Subscriptions:
Recurring Monthly Subscription: This subscription automatically renews each month until you choose to cancel. Billing occurs on the 15th of each month.
Prepaid Subscription (e.g., 3 or 6 months): These are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once the first box has shipped. After each period of time, you’ll have to buy a new subscription.These subscriptions do not automatically renew.
One Time Boxes: These are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once the first box has shipped. You only get one box at the time. If you want another box, you’ll have to buy a new one each time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date via your account dashboard or by emailing us at info@thesippingscroll.com
Individual Products (Shop Section)
In addition to our subscription service, we also offer a selection of standalone products such as:
Overstock books
Beverages (tea, coffee, chocolate spoons)
Seasonal items and extras
These products are sold separately and are not part of the subscription plan. Stock is limited and may vary monthly.
Please note:
Orders from the shop are processed and shipped separately from subscription boxes.
Standard return and refund policies apply (see Refund Policy Section).
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€), including BTW, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required upfront via our secure payment providers (e.g. Mollie, Stripe, PayPal). Your subscription will only be activated after successful payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship within Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Boxes are shipped once per month, typically around the 29th of the month.
Delivery delays may occur due to postal services or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your address is correct — we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping info.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our product (surprise boxes), returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thesippingscroll.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a monthly subscription any time before the next renewal date which is around the 15th of each month.
For prepaid subscriptions, cancellations are possible, but refunds are not issued for boxes already shipped or being prepared.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of The Sipping Scroll and may not be used without permission.
8. Privacy
We care deeply about your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and process personal data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new “effective date.” Continued use of our website or service means you accept those changes.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, we’ll always do our best to find a friendly solution. If needed, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Belgium.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible:
Monthly Subscription: You may cancel anytime before your renewal date. If the renewal has already occurred, your next box will be your last.
Prepaid Subscriptions: These are non-refundable once the first box has shipped. You may cancel future renewals.
One-Time Box: These are non-refundable once the box has shipped.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the item or issue a partial refund.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us. We will file a claim and offer a solution.
