Refunds & Return Policy

At The Sipping Scroll, each order is packed with care — and we hope you love everything you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations for both subscription boxes and individual purchases from our shop.


💌 Subscription Boxes

Our subscription boxes are custom-curated and made to order, so we generally do not accept returns on these items.

However, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

  • Your box arrives damaged

  • An item is missing or incorrect

  • The shipment is lost in transit (after confirmation from the carrier)

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box. Be sure to include photos (if applicable) and your order number.

💡 Important Notes:

  • We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping provider, though we’ll always try to help resolve issues.

  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the first box has shipped.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 2 of our Terms & Conditions).


🛍 Individual Products (Shop Section)

If you’ve purchased a standalone product (like an overstock book or beverage), we offer 14-day returns under the following conditions:

✅ Item is unused and unopened
✅ Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
✅ You are responsible for the return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

⛔ Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened tea or coffee)

  • Sale items or special limited edition bundles


💳 Refunds

  • All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund

  • Refunds requested due to order errors or cancellations before shipping may be subject to processing fees
